Bank Routing Number Validation and Verification System – FAQ’s

Are Credit Unions included?
Yes – Any U.S. Based ACH Financial Institution, including Credit Unions are included in our database.
Are Canadian Banks Included?
Partially – currently we do not supply information specifically for Canadian, or other Non-US Banks, unless they have a physical branch on U.S. Territory, and are assigned a unique ABA Routing Number.
Canadian Banks utilize what is called a “Transit” number, and is currently outside the product we provide, however, Canadian or other foreign banks located on US soil or possessions would be issued and ABA Routing Number from the Federal Reserve to operate within that zone.
Can I use the ABA Verification System in a networked environment using a single account?
Yes, as long as you meet the following criteria…
All computers or Terminals are connected to the Internet
All Computers or Terminals are not using more than 2 IP addresses [one remote is acceptable] – How any IP sharing will be detected by our system, and will result in a denial of access, and termination of your account.

If I cancel my membership, do I get a refund?
If you are a 1st time purchaser of any of our products, and are not satisfied with the product within the first 15 days of of purchasing it, you can cancel, then request a refund via our support ticket system.
Our refund guarantee is for 1st time purchasers only.
If I unsubscribe, does that mean my membership is cancelled to?
Not necessarily – your membership remains alive, and you can still access our free tools and stay within our system for as long as you wish.
If you are an existing client, and on a recurring subscription and you cancel, you will still have access to the data until the next billing cycle, then your account will expire and not be renewed.
If you are a new client and cancel within 15 days of initiating your subscription, you will receive a full discount and your access will be terminated immediately.
