These Terms cover all our current and previously offered ABA products and services, including ABA Routing Number Validation, Verification and ABA Database Services.

If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not subscribe to our ABA Routing Verification Service.

• We provide the following products and services by subscription only – ABA Routing Numbers Validation Algorithm, ABA Routing Numbers Verification System [ online or by database], Missing Check Digit Recovery System.  Each subscription has it’s own pricing structure.  All ABA Routing Number Databases are in the following formats – .txt [ tab, pipe, comma], .mdb [ access ], .xls [ excel], .sql [ MySQL].
• Routing Number Database is available by direct link download only from the private members area.  We do not provide a separate ftp system for direct downloading.
• Our Routing Number Database has 2 license levels – Standard and Commercial – Please review our Licensing page for additional information on this.
• Your use of our system my only be for lawful and legal purposes.
• Our system, including the downloadable Database may not be used for any purpose what-so-ever other than for validating aba routing numbers, verifying an aba routing number with the associated bank information, and identifying a missing check digit.  Any other use is strictly prohibited under the standard licence.  Under a commercial license, the user may further sell or provide the data publicly for free or for a fee, but assumes all responsibility and liability regarding the use and dispersal of the information contained.
• Access to our on-line aba routing numbers verification and validation terminal is limited to a maximum of Two (2) IP addresses, regardless of the number of computers and/or terminials that may be assigned to that/those IP addresses.
• More than two (2) IP addresses logging in to one account may be construed as “IP Sharing” and is a violation of these Terms and Conditions, and is strictly prohibited, and may result in the suspension and/or terminiation of your account.If you require additional IP addresses, please contact us by opening a support ticket detailing your request.
• We update our Database approximately bi-monthly, and information provided is current upon the information we have at the time of the update release.  All ABA Routing Numbers are in a state of flux with mergers, additions and retired numbers.  We are unable to guarantee that each and every ach routing number has not fallen into any one of those categories pre or post release, and any such routing number list we provide will be current to the best of our ability to include or remove any/all affected routing numbers as identified.
• Disclaimer – routingchecker.com is a service provided by Cramer Specialty Sales Inc., it’s parent company.  Your use of this site and use of your chosen service is subject to these terms and conditions and our licensing policy in thier entirety.  Furthermore, you acknowledge that you will be using this service legally, and in strict accordance with these terms and conditions and licensing policy in thier entirety, and you further acknowledge and agree that Cramer Specialty Sales Inc. [ it's parent company ], it’s officers, employess, affiliates, associates harmless in such use of our service or downloadable data.  You also acknowledge that information we have is that which is made available to us at the time we release our routing numbers list, or update the database, and that changes that occur prior to, during or post release and update are not under our control and will hold Cramer Specialty Sales Inc. [ it's parent company ], it’s officers, employess, affiliates, associates harmless in the event of any  or all discrepancies in either the Standard or Commercial Licenses.
• You agree that by subscribing to our service, for free or for a fee, you completely understand the above terms and conditions and licensing policy [ see licensing page ] and will abide by these terms of service, and our licensing policy in thier entirety.
